Our standard booklet product is designed specifically for Small Format Digital Printers engaged in booklet creation, now enhanced with additional features for improved functionality and flexibility. Estimators can input key details such as Width and Height (as the finished size), the Number of Pages in the booklet, and the Overs percentage for testing and quality control.
The product offers a range of modifiers to tailor the pricing and production process:

Variables such as Cutting, Stapling, Folding, Special Colors, and Rush Charges are calculated as percentages of the base price, allowing for precise and flexible pricing adjustments. Selecting Double-Sided printing will double the "Click Charge" and "Machine Run Charge" while keeping the number of sheets used the same.
Dropdown menus offer convenient options for Click Charge (Color/BW), Inside Pages (Text), Outside Cover Stock (Cover), and Binding Type, ensuring that all aspects of the booklet creation process are covered efficiently.
To account for additional expenses, an "+Additional Cost" field is available for any extra costs such as outsourcing or internal processes not included in the standard features.
To ensure fair compensation for your print shop, a default item named "Machine Run Charge" is included separately from the click charge, reflecting the time spent on the printer.
