Steps

Step 1 – Open the Wide Format Digitally Printed Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate Wide Format Digitally Printed Golden Product in the product list.
  3. Open the product.
  4. Click Configure Pricing.
Step 2 – Configure Print Media (Vinyls)
  1. Locate Section 1 – Vinyls.
  2. Review the available print media options.
  3. Edit an existing vinyl by clicking the Pencil icon.
  4. Duplicate a media option if you want to create a variation with different pricing.
  5. Click Add New Material to add a new print media type.

This section should contain the vinyl and print media products used on your wide format printer.

Step 3 – Configure Laminate Options
  1. Navigate to Section 2 – Laminates.
  2. Review the available laminate categories.
  3. Select the laminates used by your shop.
  4. Modify pricing using the Pencil icon.

  1. Navigate to Section 3 – Labor Rates.

  3. Update labor pricing as necessary.
  4. Save any changes.

Labor rates are used when calculating the final selling price of the printed graphic.

Step 5 – Test Pricing Using Check Pricing
  1. Click Check Pricing.
  2. Enter the finished graphic dimensions.
  3. Select the desired print media.
  4. Select the laminate.
  5. Review the calculated price.

In the example shown:

  • Dimensions entered were 4' x 8'
  • Print media was selected
  • Laminate was selected

The system automatically calculated pricing based on the configured settings.

Step 6 – Review the Pricing Breakdown
  1. Click Pricing Breakdown.
  2. Review each material included in the calculation.
  3. Verify material costs and selling prices.
  4. Confirm the final quoted price.

The Pricing Breakdown displays:

  • Material Unit Cost
  • Material Unit Price
  • Square Foot Calculations
  • Labor Contributions
  • Overall Total

This provides transparency into how the final quote is being generated.
